Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookie

Thick and gooey chocolate chip cookie made with sourdough starter, semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips, and topped with flakey salt. All cookies are made by my daughter, Lily, as a fundraiser project for her class trip to DC.
